MLTT Season Opener Four-Ticket Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The MLTT Season Opener Four-Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Major League Table Tennis, LLC, 745 Alexander Road #9, Princeton, New Jersey 08540 (“Sponsor”).

The Atlanta Blazers, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., the Gas South Convention Center and any other social-media platform or venue used to advertise the Sweepstakes are not sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors and representatives of Sponsor, its teams, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other organizations involved in administering or fulfilling the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in their households, are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling and the spouse of each such person, regardless of where they reside.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside Georgia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 28, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Sweepstakes entry page linked from MLTT or Atlanta Blazers social-media channels and complete and submit the online entry form.

A valid entry must include the entrant’s:

First and last name;
Valid email address;
Confirmation of Georgia residency;
Confirmation that the entrant is at least 18 years old; and
Acceptance of these Official Rules.

The entry form may include optional questions concerning the entrant’s familiarity with MLTT, connection to table tennis, live-event interests and attendance preferences. Answers to those questions are not judged and will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning.

Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by scripts, bots, automated methods, multiple identities or other fraudulent means are void.

No purchase, payment, ticket purchase, social-media follow, social-media share, friend tag or marketing subscription is required to enter or win.

If an entrant elects to subscribe to marketing communications, that consent will be collected separately and will not affect the entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning.

5. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, each entrant represents that they satisfy the eligibility requirements and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which will be final and binding on matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

6. Prize

One winner will receive four general-admission tickets to one MLTT Season Opener session scheduled to take place September 11–13, 2026 at the Gas South Convention Center, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, Georgia 30097.

The winner may request an available session during the September 11–13 event weekend. The requested session is subject to ticket availability and Sponsor’s approval. If the requested session is unavailable, Sponsor may assign a different session during the event weekend.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $100.

The prize includes admission tickets only. Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, merchandise and all other expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guests.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, substituted or transferred, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Tickets are subject to the terms, conditions, health and safety policies, security requirements and other rules of Sponsor and the venue. Sponsor is not responsible if the winner or a guest is denied entry or removed from the venue for failure to comply with applicable rules.

If the event or selected session is postponed, the tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date, if applicable. If the event is canceled and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, Sponsor may provide a substitute prize of comparable value.

All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about August 31, 2026, Sponsor or its designee will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The optional survey responses, marketing preferences or prior purchases of any MLTT product or ticket will not affect the selection process or odds of winning.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address submitted with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the time the notification is sent and may be required to confirm eligibility, provide identification, sign an eligibility and liability/publicity release, and complete any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.

If a potential winner:

Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within 48 hours;
Is found to be ineligible;
Fails to provide requested documentation;
Declines the prize; or
Does not comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for a winner notification that is lost, delayed, misdirected, blocked by a spam filter or otherwise not received.

The prize will be delivered electronically to the confirmed winner using the email address provided with the entry unless Sponsor provides other instructions.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice and statements concerning the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice or approval.

10. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, award the prize and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:

Information collected for Sweepstakes administration will not automatically enroll an entrant in marketing communications. Any marketing consent will be presented separately.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Atlanta Blazers, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., the Gas South Convention Center, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, teams, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, injuries, damages, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to:

Participation in the Sweepstakes;
Acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize;
Attendance at the event;
Technical, printing or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes;
Lost, late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries or communications; or
Any use of an entrant’s information or the winner’s name or likeness authorized by these Official Rules.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who Sponsor reasonably determines has:

Tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes;
Submitted false or misleading information;
Used automated or fraudulent entry methods;
Attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
Interfered with another person’s participation; or
Violated these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before the affected date, where feasible.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding that is not subject to another legally required forum must be brought in a state or federal court located in or serving Mercer County, New Jersey.

Under no circumstances will an entrant be entitled to punitive, incidental, consequential or multiplied damages, and entrants waive any right to seek such damages to the extent the waiver is permitted by law.

14. Facebook and Instagram Disclosure

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from claims arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Major League Table Tennis, LLC and not to Facebook or Instagram.

15. Winner Information

To request the winner’s name, email info@mltt.com with the subject line “MLTT Season Opener Sweepstakes Winner” no later than October 1, 2026.

Sponsor may provide the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state after the winner has been verified.
